Rob Smallwood and Dan Newton first worked together at Broseley Construction on multiple projects with a maximum value of £3.5 million. They went on to establish Smallwood & Newton in 2015. Smallwood & Newton is a construction management service for private clients and their residential properties. This includes bespoke building, planning, design and project management, mainly within the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
Dan and Rob’s combined skills and experience has led them to take on complex and demanding construction projects. They have enjoyed working on historic and modern homes with both period and contemporary interiors. Construction and renovation projects have included new basements, wine cellars, glass and steel structures and lofts.
